The PT-51 is a semi-automatic filling machine designed for precise dosing of liquid products into aerosol containers with accurately set volumes. The machine can reach an output of up to 20 cans per minute, depending on the product parameters, container size, and process configuration.
It is ideal for small-batch production, laboratories, and pilot lines. Thanks to its high accuracy and repeatability, it performs excellently with a wide range of products, including those with challenging physicochemical properties such as low or high viscosity or strong foaming tendency.
With the appropriate filling head, it can also handle components used in polyurethane foam production. The PT-51 is flexible in terms of formats – it can be easily adjusted to new can diameters and heights.
The machine is powered solely by compressed air and does not require electricity. The dosing range is 0 to 420 ml per cycle, manually adjustable, with the settings visible on a mechanical indicator.
The built-in No-Can-No-Fill system prevents accidental spillage – the filling head will not open unless a can is correctly positioned underneath.
