This ensures that containers which do not meet the predetermined requirements are automatically removed from the line. Continuous weight checks therefore allow for both product control and the checking of correct machine operation.
The device has a stainless steel construction and an electric motor with precise stopping torque, so that every measurement is reliable. The weighing pan is mounted on a strain gauge beam mounted under the top of the scale. The scale has interchangeable centering sets for each can diameter. A large panel with a touch screen display for the operator is mounted at eye level, where weighing parameters can be set and subsequent scale readings and graphs can be controlled. Data from the scale can be exported and stored on a USB stick or uploaded directly to the customer's server.
The WR-68 automatic weigher is a device designed for individual weighing of filled containers. The mass of the weighed container is compared with the value set by the customer. In case the container deviates from the set value, it is removed from the production line.
The device cooperates with a slat conveyor feeding and receiving containers from the weigher. The construction of the machine is adapted to the direction from which the containers enter the device. The automatic weigher is operated by one operator. The device is able to weigh 60 containers per minute.
