The KUL-224 Ball Dropper is an automatic device designed for precise dispensing of mixing balls – both metal and glass marbles – into aerosol containers. It is primarily used in the production of paints, varnishes, and technical products, where the balls are responsible for effectively mixing the contents before use.

The machine dispenses 1 to 4 balls at a time, with a capacity of up to 60 cycles per minute. It supports various ball diameters, allowing the process to be tailored to specific product requirements. The ball dropper is installed directly before the product filling module or integrated within it, streamlining line layout and increasing automation. With the KUL-224, operators are relieved of the repetitive manual task of placing balls into cans, significantly increasing efficiency.

The KUL-224 is powered by a pneumatic drive and equipped with electronic sensors. A built-in can detection sensor activates the No Can No Drop™ system – the device will not initiate the cycle unless a properly positioned container is detected under the head. An additional ball counting sensor monitors the dosing process and stops the cycle if no balls or an incorrect number of balls are dispensed. These features ensure constant quality of the final product and fully repeatable operation.
