Feeding Table SPO-64 / SPL-64 / SPP-64

The SP-64 series feeding tables are devices designed to automate the process of feeding empty containers into aerosol, BOV, perfume, and other production lines. They are one of the key elements initiating the production process – ensuring a smooth start of the line and eliminating the risk of downtime right at the entry point.
Empty cans are unloaded manually from the pallet onto the table. After loading, the containers are automatically transferred onto the technological conveyors. A pneumatic shaker is installed at the table’s outlet to prevent cans from blocking at the interface between the table and the conveyor, ensuring a smooth, continuous flow.
Depending on the table version, the container outlet is located:
  • in the center of the table width (SPO-64),
  • on the left side (SPL-64),
  • on the right side (SPP-64).
The speed of can transfer on the table can be adjusted, allowing easy adaptation to the production line pace and process requirements.
To relieve operators and improve ergonomics when handling steel cans, we recommend using an auxiliary device such as the Magnetic Gripper.

Feeding Table SPZ-45

The SPZ-45 feeding table is a device designed to automate the process of feeding empty containers into aerosol, BOV, perfume, and other production lines. It is an enlarged version of the feeding table, enabling efficient feeding of a greater number of containers and handling a larger stock.
Empty cans are unloaded manually from the pallet onto the table. Thanks to the increased surface area, the SPZ-45 table can accommodate more than one layer of containers from a Euro pallet at once. It can also work with loading automation devices, such as the Magnetic Gripper or the Automatic Depalletizer, further relieving operators and increasing work efficiency – or even fully automating the loading process.
After loading, the containers are automatically transferred to technological conveyors. A pneumatic shaker is installed at the table’s outlet to prevent cans from blocking at the interface between the table and the conveyor, ensuring a smooth and continuous flow.
Depending on the version of the table, the container outlet can be located:
  • in the center of the table width,
  • on the left side (viewed from the loading side),
  • on the right side (viewed from the loading side).
The can transfer speed on the table can be adjusted, allowing adaptation to the pace of the line and current production requirements.

Feeding Table SPX-500

The SPX-500 feeding table is a device designed to automate the process of feeding empty containers into aerosol, BOV, perfume, and other production lines. It has been specifically designed for dual-line systems, enabling simultaneous feeding of containers onto two independent conveyors.
Empty cans are manually unloaded from the pallet onto the table. Thanks to its large working surface, the SPX-500 table can accommodate more than one layer of containers from a Euro pallet. It can also cooperate with loading automation devices, such as the Magnetic Gripper or the Automatic Depalletizer, helping to relieve operators, increase work efficiency, or fully automate the loading process.
After loading, the containers are automatically divided and transferred onto two separate technological conveyors. A pneumatic shaker is installed at the table’s outlet to prevent can blockages at the interface between the table and the conveyors, ensuring a smooth and continuous flow.
The can transfer speed on the table is smoothly adjustable, allowing easy adaptation to the pace of the production line and current production requirements.

Slat-Type Conveyor TP-66

The TP-66 slat-type conveyor is a device designed for transporting containers between machines in aerosol, BOV, and perfume filling lines. It constitutes a fundamental element of the technological infrastructure, ensuring smooth and safe product flow throughout the production process.
The standard length of a single conveyor is 2 meters or its multiples (4 m, 6 m, 8 m). However, SOLMATIC also offers customized lengths (1 m, 1.5 m, 3 m, 5 m) and shapes (e.g., curves, crossings, passages under printers), tailored to the specific layout requirements of the line.
The TP-66 conveyor is equipped with a flat slat chain, with materials selected according to the standards of the technical, food, or pharmaceutical industries. The transport speed can be adjusted, allowing easy adaptation to the pace and characteristics of the production line.
To ensure full control of container flow and process safety, the conveyors are equipped with minimum/maximum queue sensors and fallen can detection sensors – installed at critical points before machines.
The entire construction is designed for reliability, operational stability, and easy integration with other production line modules.
