The Gas House is a specially designed container for the safe filling of aerosol cans with flammable propellant gases, such as LPG, DME, and others. Inside the structure, an Automatic Gas Filling Module is installed, which operates the process fully automatically – without operator involvement, apart from setup before production.
Its main task is to protect personnel and the facility from the risk of ignition or explosion of flammable gases commonly used in aerosol production. The structure and safety systems comply with strict industry standards, including ATEX guidelines. In the event of increased gas concentration, the device immediately shuts off the gas supply and activates emergency protocols.
The entire interior and ventilation ducts are made of stainless steel, and the container features a lightweight roof structure, which directs the blast wave upward in case of an explosion.
