Mixing Station TIM-002

The TIM-002 is a stationary mixing station designed for preparing homogeneous liquid mixtures used in various production processes – particularly in the formulation of PU foams in aerosol technology. The device ensures thorough homogenization of active ingredients, foaming agents, solvents, and functional additives before the filling process.
While mainly used in the production of PU foams for technical and construction applications (e.g., expanding foams, sealants), it is also suitable for the chemical (adhesives, resins), cosmetic (gels, emulsions), and pharmaceutical (suspensions, emulsified formulations) industries, wherever precise liquid blending is required.
The tank is made entirely of stainless steel, ensuring chemical resistance and compliance with hygienic standards. The station can be equipped with a paddle or anchor agitator, driven by a pneumatic or electric motor. The mixing speed is adjustable, allowing the process to be tailored to the viscosity and nature of the product.
Additional elements may include:
  • sealed lid with safety lock,
  • liquid level indicator,
  • inlet/outlet ports for product pumps (e.g., drum or IBC pumps),
  • discharge valve (ball or butterfly type),
  • optional tank heating system,
  • preparation for CIP system integration (upon request).

Can Shaker / Rotomix RTX-403

The Rotomix RTX-403 is an automatic can shaker designed for thoroughly mixing PU foam components directly inside the container. The device ensures intensive and uniform shaking of cans after filling, which is essential for the proper performance of the final product.
It is primarily used in PU foam filling lines, where several components (e.g., isocyanates and resins) must be mixed directly inside the can. It can also be used in chemical or technical applications wherever fast and effective mixing of container contents is required.
The unit is mounted above the conveyor and features a gripping arm that can shake over 25 cans simultaneously. The mixing motion is fast and powerful, and the shaking time can be adjusted to meet specific product requirements. An integrated sensor system ensures process safety by monitoring the entry and exit of cans.
