The PT-53 is a semi-automatic device designed for precise filling of crimped aerosol containers with propellant gas. The machine achieves an output of up to 20 containers per minute – depending on the type and quantity of gas, valve throughput, can capacity, and operator experience.
It is ideal for small-scale production, laboratories, and pilot lines. Thanks to its high precision and repeatability, the PT-53 is suitable for use with various gas types – including LPG, DME, HFA, N₂O, and CO₂ – across technical, chemical, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical applications.
The machine is equipped with a filling head featuring a No-Can-No-Fill safety system, which prevents uncontrolled gas release – the head will not activate unless a container is properly positioned. When working with soluble gases (e.g., N₂O or CO₂), a special adapter must be used. For flammable gases, the machine must be installed in environments compliant with ATEX or equivalent fire safety regulations.
We offer standard adapters for 1” valves, male and female gas valves, and PU valves. Adapters for other valve types are available upon request.
