These instruments allow you to precisely set the production parameters so that they are consistent with the recommendations of component manufacturers and product development departments. They are also an excellent tool for random quality control of individual batches while still in production.
A set of instruments for measuring clamp parameters of the German brand Kroeplin allows for very precise measurement of the diameter and depth of the clamp (up to hundredths of a millimeter) and is a key accessory of every aerosol and BOV plant. In order to ensure the tightness of the can with the product, which is under pressure, it is necessary to properly select the parameters of the clamp. Each pair of valve and can should undergo special tests to determine the recommended parameters. Most often, valve manufacturers provide the recommended parameter ranges for their valves.
The can pressure gauge is a device intended for laboratory use and for random quality control during production, it is a pressure gauge with a set of two specially designed and made tips allowing for reliable and precise pressure measurement on both cans with male and female valves. The pressure is measured by pressing the tip tightly against the valve. The pressure gauge has an anaologic indicator.
The glass aerosol sampler is a device designed for laboratory use, it is a simulation of an aerosol container with a transparent housing, which allows the observation of chemical processes and reactions taking place inside the aerosol can between the components of the product. The glass sampler is also available in a version for BOV technology.
