The system of depalletizing and packing cans allows for a significant automation of the aerosol production process and the reduction of human resources required to operate the line. The system automates the processes that are physically demanding for employees.
At the start of the line, the system enables the unloading of steel, aluminum and plastic cans from the pallet onto the feeding table. Thanks to the sensors, the cans are unloaded with a frequency appropriate to ensure continuity of production. At the end of the line, the packaging system allows the cans to be formed and placed into cartons in the desired arrangement for a given product.
