The purpose of machines has always been to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks so that people do not have to do them. One such task is unloading empty aerosol cans from pallets to the serving tables. We already offer a magnetic lifter to help operators move loads, and soon we will introduce a fully automatic aerosol can depalletiser.
The magnetic can lifter is designed to unload empty metal aerosol cans from the pallet onto the feeding table. The gripper is able to move even a quarter of one layer of a pallet at one time. A rotating lift arm and a spring balancer ensure a large working range. The magnetic lifter has a detachable magnetic field and only requires a compressed air connection.
