They integrate all key operations—pre-gassing, valve crimping, product filling, and final inspection—into a single, integrated system. Their design is based on a precise indexing drive and modular construction, allowing the machine configuration to be adapted to product parameters and desired production speed.

These machines are primarily used in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and food industries. The materials and technological solutions employed ensure full compliance with stringent hygiene standards, safety requirements, and the needs of continuous production.

Depending on requirements, Solmatic’s automatic machines can be equipped with one or two sets of working modules, enabling throughput of up to 40 containers per minute while maintaining a compact, ergonomic form.

Automatic All-in-One BOV Module up to 25 pcs/min

The Automatic Indexing All-in-One BOV Module is a compact, fully integrated device for Bag-On-Valve production. It combines all key process stages: from container preparation, through pre-gassing and valve crimping, to precise product filling and final control. Thanks to its modular design and pneumatic indexing drive, it ensures high repeatability, process cleanliness, and stable performance—up to 25 containers per minute.  
This machine is primarily used in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, and food industries. The device—especially the parts in contact with the product—is made of materials compliant with the stringent hygienic and quality standards required in these sectors.
Depending on the design configuration, the device can be equipped with the following main modules:
  • 1 BOV valve inserter
  • 1 valve presence checker
  • 1 pre-gassing and crimping head with built-in PresSure™ pressure control system—confirms the expected pressure in each can and only then completes the crimping cycle
  • 1–3 filling heads—also for products requiring mixing of ingredients during filling (e.g., gel and isopentane in shaving foams)
  • 1 head with final pressure measurement system in the container (as a separate module or by equipping one of the filling heads with a pressure measurement function—a more compact solution that may slightly reduce machine efficiency)
Optional modules:
  • 1 head for preliminary can cleaning with filtered air stream
  • 1–2 heads for valve or stem cleaning
Cans are centrally transported between workstations using an indexing drive and interchangeable format sets matched to the can diameter. Parameter adjustments—such as product dose or head height—are standardly manual; however, options with automatic dose and height adjustment are also available, which can reduce changeover time by up to 80% and significantly increase production flexibility.  
The machine is controlled via an ergonomic operator panel. The interface allows switching between operating modes (manual/automatic), activating individual modules, and emergency stopping.

It combines all key process stages—from container preparation, pre-gassing, and valve crimping to precise product filling and final inspection—into a single, seamless cycle. Thanks to its dual-wheel and dual working module configuration, this solution achieves an output of up to 40 containers per minute. This unique setup maintains a compact footprint, making the machine exceptional in its class.
Depending on the project configuration, the device can be equipped with the following main modules:
  • 2 BOV valve inserters
  • 2 valve presence checkers
  • 2 pre-gassing and crimping heads with integrated PresSure™ pressure control system—confirming the target pressure in each can before completing the crimping cycle
  • 2–6 product filling heads—also suitable for products requiring component mixing during filling (e.g., gel and isopentane in shaving foams)

  • 2–4 valve or stem cleaning heads
