Rotary Receiving Tables RSO-65 and RSB-22

Solmatic rotary receiving tables are designed for the final stage of the production process – receiving, buffering, and packing finished cans. The RSO-65 model features a 1000 mm diameter table, while the RSB-22 has a diameter of 1500 mm. Both are made entirely of stainless steel, ensuring durability, chemical resistance, and easy cleaning – even in environments with high hygiene standards.
Their function is to buffer products coming off the line and support the operator in visual inspection, packing, or internal transport. The rotating table turns smoothly and evenly, and its speed is adjustable to match the pace of the line or specific workstation needs.
Each model is also equipped with a static work shelf, where one or more people can operate comfortably. This solution improves ergonomics and allows for efficient organization of packing or quality control tasks.

Receiving and Buffer Table BUF-36

The BUF-36 receiving and buffer table is designed for collecting, temporarily storing, and organizing filled containers in aerosol production lines. Unlike rotary tables, the BUF-36 features a flat plate chain conveyor, allowing for linear product flow and easy integration with other sections of the line.
It can be used at the end of the line, as a point of collection and packing of finished containers, or within the production line as a buffer to equalize the pace between different modules. This solution significantly increases line flexibility and helps reduce downtime caused by temporary efficiency differences.
Thanks to its adjustable transport speed, the table can easily be matched to the working pace of surrounding equipment. Its stainless steel construction ensures durability, chemical resistance, and easy cleaning.
