The PT-53 BOV is a semi-automatic device designed for precise filling of aerosol containers through the valve using Bag-On-Valve (BOV) technology. The machine can fill up to 20 containers per minute, depending on the volume and viscosity of the product, container size, valve throughput, and operator experience.
It is used in small-scale production, laboratories, and pilot lines. Thanks to its high precision and repeatability, it is suitable for various industries – especially cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and food. The machine, particularly all product-contact parts, is made from materials that comply with the strict hygiene and quality standards required in these sectors.
The PT-53 BOV model can be easily adjusted to different container diameters and heights. Optionally, it can be equipped with a mixing module for gel-based products prepared just before filling.
The machine is powered exclusively by compressed air and does not require electrical power. The dosing range is 0 to 420 ml per cycle, manually adjustable and easily read on a visible indicator.
The built-in No-Can-No-Fill system prevents accidental spillage – the filling head will not open unless a can is correctly positioned underneath.
