The Magnetic Valve Sorter SMD-28 is a device designed for the precise orientation, sorting, and feeding of aerosol valves with tubes and BOV to the filling line continuously.

Valves with tubes and BOV are transported from the input container through the sorting system and guides, then fed into a pneumatic ejector. The pneumatic ejector directs the oriented valves through the transport tube to the valve inserter, which is installed in Automatic Filling and Crimping Modules (AMR). The magnetic sorting system allows the use of only steel-body valves with tubes and BOVs. The sufficient quantity of aerosol valves in the sorter’s basket is automatically regulated by the integrated sensor system and valve elevator.

The sorter achieves a throughput of up to 100 units per minute, enabling fast and efficient sorting of valves in production lines.

The WIB-200 series vibratory sorters are designed for orienting, sorting, and continuously feeding a wide range of components, such as spray heads, applicators, valves, caps, atomizers, and other elements that cannot be effectively sorted using conventional methods. With vibratory technology, these devices provide precise sorting, which is crucial in production lines.

Each vibratory sorter is tailored to individual project needs and specifications, optimizing the sorting process based on the type of elements being sorted. The output capacity ranges from 20 to 60 units per minute, offering flexibility and versatility.

Sorting is carried out through vibrations with variable frequencies that precisely position the elements in the correct orientation. These elements can then be transported further, such as to mounting modules, where they are used in subsequent stages of production. The integrated sensor system and optional elevator ensure the appropriate quantity of elements in the sorting basket, ensuring smooth process flow and high efficiency.

The Universal Valve Sorter SZP-555 is designed for the precise sorting of valves with tubes and BOV, both steel and aluminum, in aerosol filling lines. Sorting is carried out through a mechanical-gravity mechanism in a continuous manner. It allows for sorting up to 60 units per minute.

The sorting basket, into which the valves are fed, features an inclined sorting wheel equipped with selecting blades. These blades guide the valves into special guides, ensuring precise alignment. The valves are then transported via a chute, and the aligned valves are pneumatically ejected into subsequent modules, such as Automatic Filling and Crimping Modules (AMR).

The sorter’s chute is equipped with a minimum/maximum sensor system, which monitors the appropriate amount of valves in the sorter and ensures smooth machine operation. These sensors maintain the proper valve supply, preventing both excess and shortage, ensuring continuous production flow.

The Cap Sorter SCZ-11 with conveyor is used in aerosol production processes. The device is responsible for precisely orienting and transporting aerosol caps to the cap placer, ensuring proper placement on filled aerosol cans. The sorter can operate at a speed of up to 100 units per minute.

Caps are oriented by the sorter’s basket, which is equipped with a rotary, interchangeable wheel and a set of air nozzles. The caps are transported using guides integrated with the conveyor. The appropriate number of caps in the basket is automatically regulated by a sensor system and an integrated cap elevator, ensuring smooth operation.

The height of the sorter is manually adjustable, but it can also be optionally equipped with an automatic height adjustment system, offering increased production flexibility. The sorting wheel can be changed depending on the format of the caps being sorted, allowing the device to accommodate different cap sizes.

The Cap Sorter SCD-218 is an advanced device designed for the precise orientation and transport of aerosol caps. The sorter operates at a speed of up to 300 units per minute. It is an ideal solution when paired with the Highspeed Cap Placer OCS-217, ensuring smooth operation and high efficiency in larger production lines.

The Cap Sorter SCD-218 is equipped with a modular sorting wheel that can be replaced depending on the cap format. The wheel modules are equipped with Click&Go™ technology, which significantly speeds up the machine’s changeover. Additionally, the sorter’s basket features an access flap, which facilitates the removal of leftover caps after production and enables faster changeover – swapping the sorting wheel modules.

The height of the sorter is manually adjustable as standard, but the device can be optionally equipped with an automatic height adjustment system, which allows for quicker adjustment to different container and cap types.
