Offer Solmatic
The Mobile CIP (Cleaning In Place) Station is a compact, multifunctional device designed for the automatic cleaning of equipment, technological lines, and piping systems in a closed circuit, without the need for disassembly. This system ensures full automation of the cleaning process, as well as the ability to clean dosing systems in aerosol and BOV filling machines, without the need to disassemble the heads, thanks to the use of special adapters. The CIP station is ideal for plants requiring flexibility and efficiency in cleaning processes, with many cleaning objects located in different areas of the facility.
Components of the CIP Station:
- Chemical tank with heating, pump, and sensors.
- Piping with valves and sensors monitoring flow and temperature.
- Control cabinet that powers the pump, heating tank, and controls the valves with compressed air.
- HMI Panel: Advanced, touch-based user interface with intuitive controls and real-time data visualization.
Cleaning Process:
- Pre-rinsing – clean water is pumped through the system to remove production residues, then drained to the sewer.
- Main cleaning – water with detergent is passed through the system, with concentration monitored by a conductivity meter. The water is heated as it passes through the tank, with temperature controlled by sensors.
- Final rinsing – after the main cleaning, clean water is flushed through the system to remove all detergent residues.
User Interface:
The CIP station is equipped with an advanced yet intuitive user interface that significantly simplifies operation. The touch screen provides the operator with access to all necessary parameters in real-time, such as temperature, flow rate, detergent level, pH, and conductivity. With clear data visualization and precise controls, the cleaning process is fully optimized, and its supervision is straightforward and effective.
Key Parameters Monitored in Real-Time:
- Conductivity and Turbidity
- Temperature and pH
- Pressure and Flow
- Tank Level
Characteristics of the Mobile CIP Plug & Play System:
- Flexibility and mobility: Designed for easy movement and use in confined spaces or with specialized equipment.
- Ideal for smaller cleaning tasks: Excellent for rarely performed, precise cleaning tasks in smaller sections of production lines.
- Resource efficiency: Designed to conserve water, detergents, and energy, adapting to minimum technical requirements.
- Versatility: Can function as a recirculating system or work independently, depending on user needs.
- Plug & Play: Mobile units can be easily moved and set up in different parts of the facility, making this system a convenient and versatile solution for smaller production areas.
