That’s why we undertook the creation of an innovative conveyor washer that – using Cleaning-In-Place (CIP) technology – ensures outstanding cleanliness of production equipment. The project was carried out with support from EU funds.

Why and for whom?

The washing process in industrial plants – especially in the food industry (e.g. meat processing facilities) – should be efficient and effective. In collaboration with leading industrial cleaning chemical producers, we analyzed existing washing systems. The result of this analysis confirmed that current solutions fall short in terms of performance and efficiency. This was our signal to introduce a brand-new product to the market – a system that meets the needs of 21st-century food manufacturers.

From analysis to design to testing

Every project starts with a detailed market analysis. This time was no different – we identified the demand in order to create a solution that fully meets it.

We researched the types of conveyors currently used in production facilities. This allowed us to design a prototype conveyor tailored to the type of belt most commonly used in meat plants – it became the starting point for our design and the foundation of the washing station.

The design and testing process was complex. It included multiple consecutive stages – from determining the number and shape of the washing chambers, selecting the correct spray angles and nozzle distances from the moving conveyor, to designing the washer’s power supply modules, testing washing effectiveness, and creating drying systems. All this to develop the most efficient and universal solution.

A modern washing system

The result of our EU-supported work is a complete, modern washing station for conveyors that meets the current needs of the market. Our solution, using Cleaning-In-Place technology, offers many benefits for businesses.

The automated cleaning process eliminates the risk of human error and can save up to 1,300 liters of water per hour (compared to an industrial Karcher-type washer)! Moreover, thanks to a closed-loop self-cleaning option, the washing can be performed even at low temperatures. Continuous monitoring guarantees full control and supervision of the cleaning process.

Automation allows operators to focus on strategic tasks, while maintaining the highest hygiene standards on the production floor translates into higher quality of the final product and a competitive edge.

Furthermore, our construction design allows for easy integration of the washing station with the systems and equipment already used in production facilities. This means that manufacturers can quickly and seamlessly implement our solution into their production processes!
