The MR-15 is a modular perfume filling line designed for small and medium-scale production facilities, where frequent format changes and operational flexibility are essential. Depending on configuration, the machine can reach an output of up to 30 units per minute and operate with 1 to 4 operators.
The MR-15 can be equipped with volumetric or vacuum filling using our ultra-precise proprietary Self-Leveling System™, which ensures repeatable fill levels regardless of bottle shape or size. The machine supports a wide range of modules, including atomizer insertion, pre-crimping, crimping, and collar pressing. Transport disks adapt to various bottle geometries, and new formats can be quickly produced using 3D printing technology.
Optional equipment includes infeed and outfeed tables, conveyors, a vibratory sorter, an automatic atomizer inserter, and an automatic unloading system for finished products from the transport disks. The MR-15 offers exceptional flexibility for companies aiming to optimize space, labor, and changeover time while maintaining high production quality.
