For many years, we have consistently pursued a development strategy based on investments in modern technologies and intensive R&D work. Even the global pandemic did not stop us from carrying out key investments. It was a challenging period that required us to adapt and implement optimal procedures.

As part of the project titled “Implementation of an innovative technology automating aerosol production lines through can loading onto a feeding table and can formatting for loading, as a response to the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic by strengthening company competitiveness”, and with EU funding, we have purchased a CNC lathe. This acquisition reduces processing time and increases our production efficiency. The CNC lathe increases the economic efficiency of part production and allows optimal use of materials (stainless steel sheets, bars, profiles). This investment brings not only financial benefits and customer satisfaction, but also environmental advantages and the retention of key know-how in-house.

What makes modern CNC turning stand out?

CNC lathes are used for advanced machining in the metalworking industry. Their wide range of functions and numerical control make them ideal for handling even the most complex projects. High-end CNC lathes enable external, internal, and spherical turning, as well as threading. Due to their efficiency, they are especially suited for serial production.

CNC machining is based on a digital model, operates autonomously, and ensures extremely high precision – eliminating the need for corrections or defect removal. Computer control of the cutting process makes it both more efficient and more innovative, optimizing the entire workflow.

Thanks to this investment in state-of-the-art equipment, we are expanding our services and launching a new department offering metal and plastic machining services.
