RPT-52 is a basic, fully manual crimping machine for aerosol valves – ideal for use in environments where technical media (compressed air, electricity) is unavailable or unnecessary. The machine is operated manually via an ergonomic lever that enables fast and repeatable valve crimping.

It does not require connection to any utilities – it is ready for use immediately after being placed on a workstation. Thanks to its simple construction and compact size, RPT-52 is perfect for laboratories, R&D work, test production, and all settings where low investment and operating costs are essential.

The machine supports standard aerosol valves and can be adjusted for different can diameters and valve types.

To ensure proper sealing quality, we recommend equipping the workstation with a crimp measurement set.

The PT-52 is a semi-automatic machine designed for precise and repeatable crimping of valves in aerosol production. It is powered exclusively by compressed air and equipped with a crimping head compatible with both steel and aluminum valves.

The machine offers a capacity of up to 20 valves per minute, depending on operator proficiency, and is ideal for small-scale production, laboratories, and pilot lines.

The crimping cycle is initiated by a foot pedal or two push buttons. Both the crimping height and diameter are adjustable to match the specifications provided by valve manufacturers. Once the valve is placed into the can, the crimping head descends onto the neck and crimps the valve from the inside. After the cycle is complete, the head automatically returns to its starting position.

The PT-52 is compatible with a wide range of valves used in aerosol production – including one- and two-piece valves, standard dip tube valves, gas valves, and PU foam valves.

To ensure correct operating parameters and crimping quality, we recommend also equipping the workstation with a crimp dimension measuring toolset.

The PT-52 VAC is a semi-automatic valve crimping machine for aerosol production, equipped with a vacuum head that enables air extraction from the container before sealing the valve. Operating under partial vacuum conditions, the machine ensures even greater precision, repeatability, and safety in the crimping process.

It is used in the production of gas cartridges, as well as technical, chemical, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical aerosols – wherever removing air from the container improves product quality, stability, or safety.

The PT-52 VAC model features DualMode™, allowing the machine to operate either in vacuum mode or in standard crimping mode – without vacuum activation. This gives it the flexibility to function just like the standard PT-52 model, increasing its production versatility.

The vacuum and crimping cycle is activated using a foot pedal or two push buttons. Both the position and diameter of the crimp can be adjusted to match the specifications of the valve manufacturer. After the cycle is complete, the head automatically returns to its initial position. The PT-52 VAC achieves an output of 10 to 15 valves per minute, depending on vacuum time and level.

All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel, and the seals are made from chemically resistant materials certified for aerosol use.

For proper crimping quality and repeatability, we recommend equipping the workstation with a crimping parameter measurement kit.

The PT-52 MDI is a semi-automatic crimping machine specifically designed for use with MDI (Metered Dose Inhaler) containers – commonly used in inhalation therapy, including the treatment of asthma and COPD. For this category of pharmaceutical products, precision, repeatability, and compliance with stringent quality standards are of paramount importance.

The machine allows fast and controlled crimping of valves in MDI containers, ensuring full process consistency. The crimping cycle is activated via a foot pedal or two push buttons. The crimping head descends onto the container and securely closes the valve from the outside. After the cycle is completed, the head automatically returns to its initial position.

The PT-52 MDI works with both steel and aluminum valves and offers adjustment of crimp height and diameter – allowing precise calibration according to the component manufacturer’s specifications. The machine is powered solely by compressed air, making it suitable for sensitive environments, including ATEX zones.
