Automated Indexing Modules (AMR) are key components in aerosol production, where processes such as can positioning, product filling, valve insertion, crimping, and propellant filling are carried out. These machines, made of stainless steel, are fully customized to meet client and industry requirements. For up to 40 cans per minute, we offer the All-in-One Automated Modules, which integrate all stages into one compact machine. For higher output, we offer separate machines for filling, crimping, and gas filling.

Automatic Indexing All-in-One Module up to 40 pcs/min

The Automatic Indexing All-in-One Module is designed for precise product filling, valve crimping, and propellant gas filling of cans in aerosol production lines. The device can be adapted for explosion hazard areas (EX).

Cans are centrally guided under successive workstations – filling, valve insertion, valve presence check, crimping, and propellant gas filling – using interchangeable format sets tailored to the container diameter. Standard manual adjustments for product dose, head height, and gas are provided. For lines requiring quick format changes, an optional solution with automatic dose and height adjustment is available, reducing changeover time by up to 80% and significantly increasing production flexibility.

The module is pneumatically driven and operates with a single indexing cycle.

The device’s performance is up to 40 pcs/min, depending on the line configuration and product type.

Depending on the design, the device can be equipped with:

  • 1–3 filling heads
  • 1 valve inserter
  • 1 valve presence checker
  • 1 crimper
  • 2–3 gas filling heads

The heads and seals are individually selected according to the chemical and physical properties of the filled product to ensure durability, safety, and full compliance with industry requirements.

Additionally, the module can be equipped with an automatic Ball Dropper for inserting mixing balls.

Depending on technological needs, the device can be designed in a side entry (180°) or front entry (360°) version.

Workplace safety is ensured by a safety system and preparation for ventilation system connection. The module also features minimum/maximum queue sensors at the entry and exit, as well as a can tipping sensor at the entry. The operator controls the device from an ergonomic control panel with an intuitive button layout.

Fill&Clean™ – Even Faster Changeover

Optionally, the module can be equipped with our unique Fill&Clean™ system, which allows for quick format changes while simultaneously cleaning the filling heads during machine operation. With Fill&Clean™, changeover time can be reduced to less than one minute, significantly improving production efficiency.

Cans are centrally guided under the gas filling heads by interchangeable format sets adapted to the container diameter. As standard, the gas dose and the working head height are set manually. For lines requiring fast format changes, we offer a solution enabling automatic adjustment of the dose and height, which can reduce changeover time by up to 80% and significantly increase production flexibility.
The module is pneumatically driven and operates with one of three indexing modes: single, double, or triple. Depending on the project requirements, it can be equipped with between 1 and 8 gas filling heads.
The machine offers a capacity of up to 60 cans per minute, depending on the line configuration and product type.

Gas cartridges are centrally guided under the gas filling heads using interchangeable format sets tailored to the container diameter. The standard gas dose and head height are set manually. For lines requiring quick format changes, we offer a solution that enables automatic dose and height adjustment, which reduces changeover time by up to 80% and significantly increases production flexibility.
The module is electrically driven and operates with a variable indexing system to adapt the operating mode to the filled product. The device’s performance is up to 60 pcs/min when filling 400 ml gas cartridges, assuming the valve has the appropriate flow rate. The speed of operation and the gas dose can be adjusted manually or automatically, depending on the production line configuration.
