PAK-14 is a semi-automatic end-of-line machine designed for grouping and packing aerosol containers into cardboard boxes. The machine automatically receives cans from the conveyor, arranges them in a defined format (e.g., 4×3, 4×4, or others), and stabilizes the group in preparation for boxing.
The packing process is fast and ergonomic: the operator folds the carton on one side and places it over the grouped cans, then starts the cycle with a button. PAK-14 automatically rotates the carton and pushes out the complete pack, which can either: – be manually picked up and sealed by the operator on the other side,
– or transferred to a carton sealer for automatic closing and preparation for logistics.
The device handles all standard can diameters and various packing formats. Format changeover is quick and intuitive thanks to interchangeable tooling. PAK-14 can work as a standalone unit (with a connected conveyor) or as part of an integrated packing line.
